Horizontal capacity building action: from Libya to Libya
More advanced universities*
They are well aware of the limitations and opportunities of their own system
and will transfer to younger and/or less experienced universities their
perspectives on how to better apply the shared model.

T4.1 – Transferring acquired academic/administrative competencies:
2 administrative and 2 academics
for a total of 6 days of training
A couple scheme for the transferring will be adopted:

T4.2 – Harmonization phase:
harmonization meeting will be conducted in Misurata University
for the benefit of
MU staff will not travel but will organize the final harmonization training
week at MU premises and will send its trainers to perform training activities
Final outputs:
1. Academic training from Libyan to Libyan report:
A detailed report of training activities performed by Libyan University to
other Libyan University in order to harmonize scientific research at
country level.
2. Administrative training from Libyan to Libyan report:
A detailed report of training activities performed by Libyan University to
other Libyan University in order to harmonize scientific research at
country level.
