D4.1 Local Training
11 institutional trainings have been organised (even in LIMU as associated partner), involving around 60 trainees and reaching 270 participants. Once a common Agenda template was shared by the University of Misurata (WP4 Leader), all Libyan HEIs have worked on their institutional local training, defining their agenda and indentifying trainers and trainees, ensuring the logistic aspects and internal dissemination.

D4.2 Harmonisation Event
Following the local training, a Harmonisation Event has been organised at the University of Misurata on the 18th and 19th of February 2023, aiming at sharing the results of the local training and lessons learnt, to express ongoing internal challenges and perspectives, to capitalize on the outcomes emerged in each Libyan university and define a number of common elements that can serve the reflection for the White Paper definition. The Harmonisation Event gathered around 60 participants from IBTIKAR partners and about 40 stakeholders, and and has been an occasion for a shared dialogue and open debates on the future of the research in Libya.
